Welcome to Steven J. Royer Consulting
In my work and life, I create spaces of harmony and passion, leaving a mark. The end result: the ordinary becomes extraordinary.

I draw my own element of passion as well as the passion of others together, connecting that energy in the creative process. I thrive on creating spaces which have effective results, with others.

Looking at the big picture, that a client can incorporate the interconnection of plants, animals and people (more precisely culture) to tell a unique story to the world adding greater impact and drawing attention, ultimately affecting the bottom line (Whether financial or aesthetic).

I have worked more than 15 years in public horticulture in administration and collections as well as designs in public gardens and private.

My administrative and development background aid any organization (not just botanical gardens, zoos and museums) function more efficiently to achieve their goals.  I have found the key to successful development is to effectively tell your organizations story in a positive manner.

I have also enjoyed designing plant displays for gardens (both public and private gardens).  While I do not consider myself a landscape designer a keen sense of aesthetics and extensive knowledge of plants has played well in developing extraordinary results.
